We are pleased to announce that voting for the Chartered Institute of Housing 2017 vice presidential election is now open.
Our current vice president, Alison Inman, will step up to the role of president when Julie Fadden’s time in office ends in September.
Following a nomination period in May, we are delighted to reveal that we have two excellent candidates to become CIH’s next vice president this year.
- James Strang – chief executive of Parkhead Housing Association
- Paul Butterworth – partner, head of social housing at law firm TLT LLP
The vice presidency is a crucial role which helps to drive our organisation forward and the winning candidate will of course go on to be our president in 2018.
Every CIH member gets a single vote in the election and the candidate with the most votes will be the winner.
